In
looking through some cartoons from a decade ago, I was surprised to find
so many parallels between Bush administrations. The economy sucks, we're
at war and even threatening war with Iraq again. It's one big rerun.
Of course, there's a bit more to it. Bush 2 tries to link himself more with Reagan as he tries to fix the perceived errors of his father. Even going so far as to have a colonoscopy.
Dubya also recalls Nixon in his penchant for secrecy. Still, the cabinet is full of retreads trying to protect the obscene amounts of money they "earned" in the private sector.
